At a funeral or wake you can share the photos you’ve taken during your time with your loved ones, touching reminders of the happy times you’ve spent together.

We understand funerals are sensitive and it’s not always easy for people to share messages or tell stories of the time they had fun with the person that has now passed. Picture Wizard can display preloaded images and messages on the large 55” high definition screen. This opens up the opportunity to chat, reminisce and remember fondly times gone by. Friends and family can add further images and messages directly from their mobile phones or tablets.

We cover all of the North East including but not limited to Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Alnwick, Otterburn and Hexham.

What’s included

what do you get with a picture wizard hire?

  • Hire of the Picture Wizard System including the screen of your choice and a short throw high quality projector
  • Up to 200 digital images pre-loaded onto the system before the funeral
  • The option to allow mourners at the funeral or wake to add pictures and messages of their own
  • A digital copy afterwards of all images & messages that are uploaded

UPLOADING YOUR PHOTOS

  • We use a private online gallery system to collate the photos of your loved one
  • Once you Gallery is set up we will provide a private link that you can forward to other family of friends of your choice to allow them to add their own photos. This makes it easy to collate a collection even if your family are spread out around the UK or even abroad
  • Photos can be uploaded from mobile phones, PC’s or other electronic devices

The system is totally self contained – Internet access isn’t required so it works in any location and there are no app’s to download or hashtags to get your head round.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of the North East including but not limited to Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Alnwick, Otterburn and Hexham.

What are your prices?
Prices start at £199 for events taking place in Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle On Tyne, North Tyneside, South Tyneside or Sunderland. An additional charge applies to areas further afield including Northumberland, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton or Darlington.
What is included in the price?
  • Dry Hire of equipment including delivery and set up at one venue. (e.g. Church or Wake)
  • Pre-loading of up to 200 digital images providing they are sent to us in the prescribed manner at least 48 hours before the funeral/wake.
  • A Digital Copy via email link of any additional photos or messages uploaded from mobile phones/tablets.
Who is responsible for the equipment while on hire?
In the case of a dry hire the person liable for loss or damage to the equipment is the hirer. Depending on the degree of loss or damage the liability may be up to £1000. If the Hirer would prefer not to accept this liability an attended service is available at additional cost.
