Almost every adult has a mobile phone nowadays and the chances are whether it’s a wedding, a christening, a birthday, prom or a corporate event they’ll use their phone cameras to capture the occasion. Unfortunately it’s also true that without Picture Wizard they will probably take those pictures home with them and you’ll never get to see them.
Picture Wizard is an amazing new system that allows guests to share photos taken on their mobile phones or tablets on the big screen within seconds. The host gets a copy of all the photographs that are uploaded after the event and our print kiosk allows everyone to print off a copy of their favourites to take home with them.
Our keyring option allows us to create keyrings form the uploaded images instantly. A great idea for favours.
Game Wizard adds an additional element of competitive fun to any occasion. The ‘Perfect Match’ game is personalised to your event with photos you supply. This game appeals to all ages and is strangely compelling. A prize is awarded for the highest score of the day.
We cover all of the North East including but not limited to Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Alnwick, Otterburn and Hexham.

Picture Wizard With keyrings – £450
Our evening reception package includes equipment hire (PW Unit, Screen, Projector, Printer) for up to 4 hours from the start of the evening reception or 11pm whichever is earlier.
Also included is Unlimited guest uploads, Up to 100 keyrings (One per guest), An album containing a 6″x4″ print of each uploaded photo, Unlimited guest prints and an attendant throughout the hire period.
Additional keyrings may be purchased in advance for £2 each or on the day for £3 each.
Game Wizard – £350 stand alone or £100 when hired alongside Picture Wizard
Includes up to 4 hour evening hire of Game Wizard System (PW unit & touch screens). Personalisation of the ‘Perfect Match’ game & a prize for the highest score of the evening.

How Does This Normally Work At A Wedding & How Much Does It Cost?
Picture Wizard is a brilliant addition to any wedding. Your professional photographer will be focused firmly on you, but your guests will be tapping away on their mobile phones capturing everything else that’s going on. The day will pass in a whirl and Picture Wizard is a great way to capture all those lovely photos taken by your guests that you might not otherwise get to see.
We will set everything up ready for the start of the evening reception and the system will automatically print a copy of every picture for your album as it is uploaded.
Guests can choose which photos they would like to print using our print kiosk and if they would like their favourite photograph made into a keyring our attendant will be on hand to do this for them.
If you would like to give your daytime guests a keyring as a favour we will provide you with a supply of ‘token’ keyrings. You can put one on each place setting at the wedding breakfast and your guests can then exchange their token key ring for the real thing on the evening.
It’s really easy for guests to upload images using Picture Wizard. There is no need to have internet access or download any apps. They simply scan one QR code to log onto our wi-fi and then a second QR code to access the upload screen which will be personalised for your event. And of course our attendant will be there to help if anyone finds it difficult.
At the end of the hire period, after packing everything away, we will present you with your album containing all your prints. An email link to access a digital copy of the photos will be sent to you shortly after the event.
Is Picture Wizard suitable for events other than weddings?
Picture Wizard is suitable for any occasion. Birthday parties; engagement parties; proms and corporate events to name but a few.
What kind of prints does Picture Wizard produce?
Our print station can produce 6”x4” or 6” x 8” Prints.
Prints can be plain or with an overlay containing a personal message or branding.
We can also supply strut mounts for prints if required.
Do you offer keyrings?
Up to 100 Keyrings (One per guest) is included in our wedding package. These make fantastic, personalised favours and keepsakes. Additional keyrings can be ordered at a cost of £2 each if ordered in advance or £3 if purchased on the day.
How long does it take to set up Picture Wizard?
How do I make a booking?
If we have availability we will book you in the diary provisionally for 24 hours and email you an invoice confirming the full price and details of your event. Upon receipt of your booking fee (£50) your date and booking will be confirmed. If we do not receive your booking fee within the 24 hour period we will assume you have changed your mind and release your date and cancel your provisional booking. I hope you understand that demand for popular dates is high and as such dates cannot be held without a firm commitment.
If we are unavailable for your chosen date we will let you know as soon as possible (Within 24 hours at the latest)
When do I need to pay?
What happens if I cancel?
In all other circumstances:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your event date the £50 Booking fee is non-refundable but no other monies will be due.
If you cancel 30 days or less before your event date the full invoiced amount will be due.

2) If we're already booked on your date we'll let you know really quickly. Otherwise we'll confirm availability by email and create a provisional booking to hold your date for 24 hours.
3) To confirm the booking we require a £50 payment. This can be made by credit/debit card or online payment. Once this has been received your date will be secure and your booking confirmed. If we don't receive your booking fee within 24 hours we'll cancel the provisional booking and release the date for new bookings.
I hope you understand we cannot hold dates for longer than 24 hours without payment.
